Just a quick note to mark my weigh in as I'm off to the dentist (yucky!).
I'm actually a little surprised...my food hasn't been fantastic but I'll take the loss! And those chocolate donuts I've been craving...I don't want them anymore!!

And thanks for the comment you left on my blog yesterday. I really appreciate it! My weight loss is stalling a bit and I'm constantly wondering if it's because I'm not eating enough and exercising too much. I think this week I will concentrate on calories, but still track points. One question though: How do I know how many calories I get per day? And can I have one high-calorie day and a few lower-calorie days?

I find that sometimes the weeks that you eat higher clorie foods, you see a bigger loss. No rhyme or reason!
