Tuesday's Breakfast and Lunch

Breakfast: 2 Kashi waffles with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter and 1 banana






Mid-morning Snack: 1 cup pineapple, 1 kiwi and 1 plum



Lunch--huge salad (those yellow pieces are yellow tomato slices) and 1 Turkey Sausage and Spinach Lasagna Roll-up
